Marriage can be the place where we feel accepted, supported, and loved the most or it can be the place where we feel discouraged, hurt, and lonely. How can the very relationship that is supposed to be a blessing in our lives become a place where we feel misunderstood? You may be experiencing your marriage relationship as really good or really bad or you may be somewhere in between where you have some good things and wish others were better. Wherever your relationship is right now, this workshop is intended to help you understand what is going on underneath the things you see and discover what is driving your patterns of behavior. That understanding alone would not be much help without a change from the heart, which is what we will guide you to do. We will lead you in using tools that help you see each other’s heart more honestly and to love each other in ways that is healing and encouraging. The Holy Spirit is really good at teaching us how to love well when we can get our hearts open to Him rather than protecting ourselves. We hope this will be one of those things that when it’s over you will say, “I am so glad we came.”
