February 25, 2018: Ephesians 2:11-22

When we forget where we came from, where we are, and how we got here, it often displays itself through hostility and discord in our relationships. But as followers of Christ, we are being built into the dwelling place of God, bought together in peace and unity by the blood of Christ. Because we we often forget to remember, it causes hostility and fracturing--even in the church. This leads to a poor witness of the gospel. Therefore, Paul implores the Ephesians to remember. If we forget, we turn the church into something that doesn’t look at all like God’s willing place.
